My view of the Toronto and GTA market this month. I publish it on the fifth, before the month plays out, and I grade every prediction.

My prediction for October 2026 in Toronto and the GTA: a median sold price of $867,441. That is 4.4% lower than October 2025, with a range of $847,043 to $887,839. I also predict 5,528 homes sold, between 4,912 and 6,144.
